About The Role Fabletics is seeking a talented Jr. Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital communications that align with our business and marketing objectives. Your designs will be vital in creating compelling visuals that are visually exciting, clear, and easy to understand, resonating with our diverse customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, merchandising, and project management, to develop engaging digital content across multiple channels such as email, social media, and website updates.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the overall art direction of the brand, helping shape the visual identity and enhance our digital marketing initiatives. You will be involved in designing site updates, email templates, social media graphics, and print materials, ensuring all assets are cohesive and on-brand. Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ecommerce and fashion or an internship equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of web typography, photography, and visual storytelling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate design concepts clearly
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate to El Segundo headquarters
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute digital designs that align with marketing and business objectives
- Design and update website elements, including home page slides, banners, landing pages, and templates
- Create compelling email marketing assets and social media graphics across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and merchandising teams to produce on-brand content
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Maintain consistency in visual identity and adhere to brand guidelines
- Leverage knowledge of customer preferences and KPIs to create effective digital assets
- Design print materials such as PR kits, advertising collateral, and packaging solutions
- Prepare mechanicals for print production, ensuring technical feasibility and quality
- Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
