About The Role As an HRIS Business Systems Analyst, Consulting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging Talent Acquisition and IT functions, ensuring the effective adoption and optimization of HR technology solutions. You will be a vital member of the Talent Acquisition Technology team, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to streamline recruiting and HR processes through innovative system solutions. Your expertise will help improve system functionalities, enhance data integrity, and support strategic decision-making through comprehensive reporting and analytics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence HR technology strategies, improve operational workflows, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Technology Analyst or similar role
  • Hands-on expertise in supporting recruiting technology applications and systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, Avature, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, payroll, and finance
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential employee data responsibly

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiting teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and system changes
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate high-level information into detailed requirements
  • Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Manage the system development lifecycle from design through implementation for small to medium-scale projects
  • Configure and troubleshoot HR system modules to meet business needs and optimize workflows
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including writing and executing test cases, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using various business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and security through regular audits and validation checks
  • Provide operational support and serve as a subject matter expert for HR system issues
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, user guides, and process documentation
  • Resolve complex technical issues by leveraging internal resources and external vendors as needed
