Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to support our business development efforts. The role involves:

  • Overseeing vendor performance, both office and field, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and practices.
  • Leading and participating in cross-functional teams, including members from Customer Care, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, IT, and more to enhance program delivery and resolve business/customer issues.
  • Developing and maintaining processes for implementing projects and programs, ensuring business controls, process improvement, and compliance.
  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators to ensure program delivery meets business plan expectations.
  • Preparing and presenting program and project status reports to senior management.
  • Fostering an inclusive work environment and respecting all aspects of diversity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor performance and employee compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve business issues.
  • Ensure accurate invoice processing and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Monitor program performance against business plan expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with special projects as necessary.

Job Specific Qualifications Required:

  • B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with 7 years in relevant fields. In lieu of a degree, 11 years of experience in related fields.
  • Experience managing vendor performance and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Valid US driver’s license.

Desired:

  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.
  • MBA or Advanced Degree.

Location Hybrid – 1 day per week at 80 Park Plaza & Remote Field work. Mostly remote with potential changes as needed.Additional Information

  • Supporting mid-market team, focusing on commercial and industrial customers.
  • High level of customer relationship/management experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is necessary.
