We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of medical office properties in the Allentown, PA area. The ideal candidate will have strong tenure in administrative or property management roles, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving.This role is key in ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and positive tenant relationships across the medical office portfolio.Key Responsibilities Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring a professional and responsive approach to questions, service requests, and concerns.Administrative Support: Maintain property files, leases, contracts, certificates of insurance, and other compliance documents in an organized and up-to-date manner.Financial Assistance: Support the Property Manager with accounts payable/receivable, invoice coding, and budget tracking.
