Description Albion College invites applications for the Director of Student Engagement and Activities. The Director of Student Engagement and Activities (DSEA) leads the Office of Student Engagement and Activities at Albion College. The DSEA reports directly to the Assistant Vice President for Student Development and is responsible for managing student organizations, programming, the operations of the Kellogg Center and student leadership development. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with sensitivity and confidentiality. This role serves as a visible and engaged leader at programs and events, fostering relationships with students and campus partners. We are especially interested in candidates who will contribute to a campus climate that emphasizes a commitment to working with individuals and groups from a variety of identities, cultures and backgrounds.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in student affairs, higher education administration or related field required
- Five or more years of progressive responsibility in higher education student activity administration
