Position: Management Consulting Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $90–$120/hour (competitive rates, with bonus incentives for top performers)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6–8 weeks

Commitment: ~30 hours/week

Role Responsibilities(Training support will be provided)

• Collaborate with AI researchers to develop realistic business scenarios for benchmarking and training advanced AI models.
• Design and review consulting-style prompts, responses, work products, and more.
• Provide expert feedback on logic, clarity, and business rigor.
• Work collaboratively within small teams to complete short sprints and iterative deliverables.
• Ensure all assignments reflect actionable, high-standard consulting best practices.

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similarly competitive consulting firm.
• Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong written communication and a keen eye for detail.
• Adaptability to remote and asynchronous work environments.
