We have launched a new research Center at Cedars-Sinai – the MOSAIC Center – Mathematical Oncology Systems Analysis of Imaging Center. This multidisciplinary center is seeking support for program management including, but not limited to, oversight clinical research studies, federal funding, compliance, day-to-day logistics, routine IT and administrative support, metrics tracking, and grant submission support.
What will I do in this role
In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of daily operations, steer long-term planning, and promote continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with internal and external collaborators to guarantee the program’s success, sustainability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and daily operations of a recognized organizational program.
- Develop and implement program strategies, governance structures, workflows, and performance standards.
- Work together with cross-functional teams and collaborators to align program goals and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational efficiency; provide recommendations and implement solutions.
- Analyze program data and trends to evaluate performance, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement.
- Manage program-related communications, training, and onboarding to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
- Coordinate or contribute to program budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining program integrity and accountability.
- May supervise staff or lead project teams to support program objectives.
