  • Location: San Francisco (Onsite, 5 days in a week)
  • Compensation:$120k – $150k per annum, with generous equity.

  • Years of Experience: 4 years as a top-performing AE in B2B SaaS sales.
  • A Demonstrated Track Record of consistently exceeding quota and closing 7-figure enterprise deals.
  • Nice to Have: Prior experience selling AI or Customer Experience software & Early-stage startup sales experience (helping shape GTM motion).
  • Experience In: Complex solution sales (multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level), Pipeline generation and outbound strategies for net new business, Collaborating cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing, Using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and renewals.
  • Generate pipeline through value-driven outbounding into ICP accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver customer success.
  • Leverage Decagon’s executive team to accelerate deal cycles and secure buy-in.
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
