As a CEO – Sales Coach, you will work with high-performing executives to help them achieve their goals and unlock their full potential in sales and leadership. Leveraging a structured and proven coaching framework (training provided), you’ll deliver personalised guidance, actionable insights, and effective strategies to enhance decision-making, leadership, and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching Excellence: Provide one-on-one coaching tailored to the unique challenges and goals of executives, with a focus on sales and leadership development.
  • Strategic Insight: Guide clients in refining their sales strategies, improving team performance, and driving business growth.
  • Impactful Feedback: Deliver constructive and actionable feedback to improve client decision-making and leadership capabilities.
  • Leadership Development: Help executives build confidence and resilience, while fostering collaboration and effective team leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in VP, C-suite, or equivalent roles (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO), with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales Expertise: A deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate to achieve productive outcomes.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) in Business, Leadership, or a related field.
  • Experience in team-building, sales leadership, or new business development.
