iOS Developer
Our client, a Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated iOS Developer for our client in the McLean, VA area.
This position requires onsite presence 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain mobile banking features for iOS platforms using Swift and Objective-C.

Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our member-facing mobile banking applications.

Resolve production issues and support ongoing performance, stability, and scalability improvements.

Collaborate within Agile teams-including developers, product owners, and designers-to deliver high-quality features aligned with member needs.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional discussions.

Ensure adherence to iOS development best practices, standards, and security requirements.

Write and maintain automated unit and UI tests; engage in peer code reviews.

Stay up to date with iOS platform updates, tools, and mobile development trends.

Advocate for platform excellence by contributing to reusable component libraries and shared coding standards.

Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Progressive professional experience in iOS application development:

Proven ability to independently deliver moderately complex features and enhancements.

Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs, SDKs, and third-party libraries.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe experience preferred).

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
