Title: Senior Data Quality Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 3 month (High possibility of Extension)

Position Overview:
Our client, is seeking a Senior Data Quality Analyst to support a critical system migration project from eCounsel to Legal Tracker. This role will be key in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration process. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience in data quality frameworks, and previous exposure to legal or compliance system migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a data quality framework for validating migrated data.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and validation between source (eCounsel) and target (Legal Tracker) systems.
• Validate individual records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency at the record level.
• Identify and document data anomalies or inconsistencies and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Define and execute test cases to validate data accuracy and referential integrity.
• Work closely with IT, business SMEs, and vendor teams to align data migration with business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of validation processes, test results, and data mapping rules.
• Recommend ongoing data quality improvements and post-migration monitoring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in data quality, data validation, or data migration projects.
• Advanced SQL skills for data profiling and reconciliation.
• Experience designing data quality frameworks and test strategies.
• Previous experience with legal, compliance, or enterprise system migrations (preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration and documentation.
