Part time job Contingent Job 4 – 8 Hours per day – weekend availability (Fri, Sat, Sun) – Until Dec 25

Mandatory : CFA, Asset Management, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Ambiguity Tolerance / Clarification Seeking, Contradiction Detection, Scenario Sensitivity Analysis (Any 2 skills is must here)

Skillset Requirements:

Mandatory:

Strong background in Finance

Preferred:

Prior experience in writing or data labelling projects

Familiarity with financial document interpretation and analytical tasks

Legal Skill Set:

Strong experience in legal research, document review, and drafting

Familiarity with legal terminology and standard documentation formats

Knowledge of various legal domains, including intellectual property, litigation, contracts, and

estate planning

Ability to interpret and analyze legal documents such as court filings, contracts, agreements,

wills, and powers of attorney

Exposure to working with legal forms and supporting deposition preparation

Attention to detail and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

Financial Skill Set:

Solid background in finance, economics, or accounting

Proven experience in financial analysis, market research, and reporting

Ability to interpret financial documents and synthesize insights

Proficiency in drafting financial content, including reports and summaries

Familiarity with tools and frameworks used by financial institutions such as Moody s or Thomson

Reuters

Analytical mindset with strong attention to numerical accuracy and data interpretation.
