Role: Scrum Master

Location: Atlanta, GA

Onsite Role

W2 Contract Position

JD:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for one or more Agile teams

  • Shield the team from external interruptions and remove impediments to progress

  • Promote Agile values and Scrum principles throughout the organization

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized

  • Support the team in delivering high-quality work within defined timelines

  • Track team metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown) and use data to improve team performance

  • Coach team members on Agile best practices, including story writing, estimation, and team collaboration

  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders on cross-team dependencies

  • Help establish a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous delivery

  • Support Agile transformation initiatives at the team or enterprise level

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

  • 2 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work with distributed teams and manage cross-functional dependencies
