Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer with GoLang experience, or a GoLang Developer with strong Java background , to join a high-performing team working on scalable, cloud-native applications. Candidates with prior Capital One experience are strongly preferred.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Java development in an enterprise environment.

  • Hands-on experience with GoLang for microservices or backend services.

  • Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy APIs and backend services.

  • Experience with cloud-native architecture (preferably AWS or similar).

  • Strong understanding of system integration, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Ability to work in an agile and collaborative remote environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Former Capital One experience (Highly Preferred)

  • Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote role, available nationwide.

  • Only candidates with a strong mix of GoLang and Java will be considered.
