Engineering Technician
Location: Fargo, ND
Duration: 12 months
Position Summary
Test and validate electronic products for production readiness through hands-on evaluation, equipment setup, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manually test electronic assemblies and record results
- Set up lab equipment per engineering specs
Maintain test equipment and products
Required Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proficient in PC use, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Root-cause troubleshooting ability
- Read and interpret schematics and diagrams
- Maintain accurate product records
- Work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with manufacturing and electronics
- Use of test tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes)
Education
- Associate degree in Electronics, technical diploma, military certification, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Minimum: 1-year relevant experience
- Preferred: 3 years in a related technical field
