Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and reliable Engineering & Construction Integration Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering, construction management, and technical coordination. This is a high-visibility role responsible for bridging Engineering and Construction operations, ensuring real-time alignment across field activities, schedules, and technical deliverables.

The ideal candidate brings 10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of delivering complex projects with leadership, accountability, and technical expertise. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is strongly preferred, and candidates with the ability and willingness to obtain licensure will be prioritized. This role requires clear communication, sound decision-making, and strong organizational skills.

Work Schedule & Reporting:

• Reports To: Operations Department
• On-Site Requirements:
• Main Office: Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Construction Office: Mondays and Wednesdays
• Field Visits: As needed
• Remote Day: Fridays (Work from home unless site support is required)
• COO Updates: Weekly presentations and mapping reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering field
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license strongly preferred
• Candidates without a license must demonstrate the ability and willingness to obtain licensure
• 10 years of professional experience in engineering, construction, or project management
• Strong knowledge of permitting, utility coordination, and multi-phase construction
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with GIS systems, engineering databases, and construction project tools
