A leading growth-stage InsurTech platform generating $700M ARR is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to join its executive leadership team.
The mandate: scale commercial operations to $1B+ revenue while driving profitability and diversification across new verticals.

The right profile:
• Executive experience as CRO, CCO, Chief Strategy Officer, or SVP of BD at a much larger company.
• Track record of scaling to $1B+ revenue and $300M+ profit.
• Strong background in consumer fintech, marketplaces, or big consumer tech.
• Comfortable with 30–40% travel.
• Boston-based (preferred) or willing to travel regularly.
This isn’t a cushy post-exit seat: the business is already a market leader, but the next CCO must be driven, hands-on, and ready to build.
