Data Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analytics and a passion for improving healthcare operations through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Snowflake.
• Write and manage SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various clinical data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Support data mining and extraction efforts to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Work with healthcare data models and systems to ensure accurate and meaningful analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in a data analytics role (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst).
• At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows.
• Intermediate proficiency with reporting and data tools such as Power BI, MS SQL, Snowflake, and/or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience managing SQL code across clinical data sources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic EMR and its Cogito suite of reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Epic data models such as Clarity, Caboodle, and Clinical.
• Epic certification is a strong plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 – $120000.00/yr.
