Rate: $55-60 an hour W2

Description:

Join a dynamic Clinical Trial organization as a mid-level Salesforce Administrator supporting critical sales-focused projects. This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to collaborate on Salesforce platform improvements, drive process optimization, and contribute to impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives.

Lead and execute a Salesforce clean-up project, ensuring data integrity and platform optimization.

Design and implement new features within Salesforce to meet evolving business needs.

Work on future integration projects, leveraging tools such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Conga.

Provide technical guidance and solutions to enhance Salesforce functionalities and user adoption.

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues while ensuring compliance with best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting.

Proven ability to work on platform clean-up and optimization projects.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)/Conga or similar tools.

Administered Salesforce CLM (DocuSign), including configuration, template management, user access, and workflow automation to streamline contract creation, approval, and execution processes.

Previous experience supporting a Clinical Trial organization or similar industries.

Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Additional Details:

This is a fully remote position, requiring Central Time Zone working hours.
