Education:
BE/BS/BA degree required
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance, User Experience, Program/Project Management, Test Engineering, or Technical Support.
1+ year JIRA knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in GenAI testing and output scoring
Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience with SQL and database structures is a plus
Experience with APIs is a plus
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Quality Evaluator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Test user flows for the next generation of Client products across various platforms and browsers. Key focus area on search quality.
Work with engineers, team leads, and product managers to provide a member perspective on features such that they meet market needs with respect to functionality, usability, performance, accessibility, and security
Partner with engineering to identify and report issues. Verify bugs are fixed and provide sign-off verification to engineering
Author and execute test cases based on product specs and member behavior
Maintain test case repository as the source of truth for expected product behavior and test coverage
Analyse member-reported issues and recommend test coverage improvements
Be able to estimate the level of effort, balance and priorities multiple projects in parallel
Effectively present technical and functional details to senior leaders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds and provide recommendations on product readiness for public launch
