Job Title: Systems Engineer – Flight Systems Integration

Position Overview
We are hiring experienced Systems Engineers to join our Flight Systems Integration team, supporting the development of next-generation commercial aircraft. This role focuses on requirements engineering, system architecture, and verification & validation (V&V) activities, with a strong emphasis on safety and certification compliance. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in ARP4754A/ARP4761 standards and the Systems Engineering V-model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support requirements definition, decomposition, and allocation from aircraft-level to system/item level
- Develop and maintain functional and logical architectures for airplane systems
- Conduct safety assessments including FHA, PSSA, CMA, SSA, and FMEA/FMES
- Ensure traceability between design implementation and system-level requirements
- Plan and execute V&V activities across all integration levels
- Collaborate with hardware, software, safety, and test engineering teams
- Support FAA/EASA certification through documentation and technical reviews
- Participate in design reviews, audits, and cross-functional engineering meetings
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
- 9-15 years of experience in systems engineering within aerospace, automotive, or complex systems
- Hands-on experience with the V-Diagram lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, V&V)
- Proficiency in safety assessments and regulatory frameworks (ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254)
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)
- Familiarity with system modeling tools (SysML/UML, Cameo)
- Background in aircraft design, testing, and certification
- Experience planning and executing multi-level system integration tests
