Quality Assurance Tester
About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support the VEIS API Management platform and its associated APIs. In this role, you will design and execute test cases, perform both manual and automated testing, and ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders, playing a key role in maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Write detailed test cases and test scripts for API and application functionality.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Support developers by identifying, reproducing, and resolving defects.
- Troubleshoot and provide assistance in resolving production defects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to align with development and delivery cycles.
- Report regularly on progress, quality metrics, and testing status to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain testing documentation, including test reports and defect logs.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer/Tester.
- Strong background in test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and automation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and release management processes.
- Experience supporting government clients or working in highly regulated environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
- Must be eligible to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
