The Role

We are seeking a Director of Business Development & Alliances to spearhead strategic partnerships and alliances across the U.S. This role will focus on building, managing, and expanding relationships with key technology, channel, and consulting partners to drive go-to-market (GTM) success.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in BD/Alliances within a GTM environment—preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software—and is highly skilled in developing partnership strategies that accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s alliances and partnerships strategy across technology vendors, system integrators, MSSPs, and channel partners.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners to enhance GTM motions and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to build joint value propositions and go-to-market programs.
  • Negotiate and structure complex partnership agreements that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and manage pipeline opportunities originating from alliances and ensure seamless partner engagement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, driving accountability to revenue goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in business development, alliances, or partnerships within cybersecurity, data privacy, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic alliances in a GTM environment.
  • Strong network within the cybersecurity, AI space, and/or data privacy ecosystem (vendors, partners, MSSPs, integrators).
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, negotiate complex deals, and influence at the executive level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
