Jr Digital Designer (full-time)
Job Description Title: Jr. Digital Designer
We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer who is eager to enhance their skills while creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have 1 to4 years of experience in digital design and production , along with solid knowledge of HTML and CSS to bring designs to life.
Location: Greater St. Louis area (5 days in office)
Salary: $75k
Responsibilities Include
- Designing and developing engaging HTML emails, banners, and digital assets that perform well across platforms
- Supporting website updates and creating landing pages using clean, responsive code
- Working directly with HTML and CSS to implement designs accurately
- Translating design files from Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma into polished digital outputs
- Collaborating with creative teams, account managers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to fruition
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Applying best practices in digital design to ensure optimal performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, digital media, or a related field—or a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills
- 1 to4 years of experience designing across email, web, and interactive channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- Experience with email creation tools such as Stripo, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or Braze
- Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS with keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus but not required
- An interest in UX principles and understanding how design influences user experience
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- A proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines consistently
