Human Resource Generalist (contract)
This position will be responsible to drive organizational strategic projects and initiatives including full life-cycle talent management, strategic skills planning and development, workforce planning & pipeline development, and global workforce expansion as well has helping to mature the organizational culture and grow the Boeing Behaviors among the team. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing executive guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies through relationship building, communication and intentional operating rhythms.

Position Responsibilities
- Partner with leader and executive teams to drive organizational strategic projects and initiatives; including full life-cycle talent management, strategic skills planning and development, workforce planning and pipeline development, and global workforce expansion
- Help mature the organizational culture and grow the Boeing Values among the team
- Provide executive guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies through relationship building, communication and intentional operating rhythms
- Lead various IDT&S level projects that tie to the IDT&S Strategic People Plan
- Help to drive the IDT&S Transformation Strategy and Plan
- Partner with business leaders and HR COE partners to drive key initiatives around IT transformation
- Drive the IDT&S Workforce Strategy and Plan and the IDT&S Transformation Strategy and Plan
- Partner with COE partners as well as business leaders to drive the workforce plan around critical skills, up skilling, market pay position and talent pipeline
- Drive the workforce plan around critical skills, up skilling, market pay position and talent pipeline
- Develop a talent playbook
- Partner with business leaders and HR COE partners to drive key initiatives around IT transformation
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 5 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 5 years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
- 5 years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Preferred Skills
- Human Resources certification
- Experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
- Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style
Pay Rate Range Min Pay Rate Max Pay Rate Currency Unit 40 47 USD hourly
