Responsibilities

Role Responsibility Expectations

  • Manage a span of 8-15 direct reports in alignment with leadership and corporate organizational initiatives, goals, and KPIs.

  • Manages day to day operational reporting through utilization reports and raises to leadership risk mitigation strategies for positive outcomes for employees and projects

  • Manage most aspects of an employee’s life cycle: skills development and job expectations management, reward/recognize/benefits, progression and performance management and retain/exit, escalates to their leadership timely and appropriately

  • Responsible for resource and staffing of span, promoting business targets and monitoring forecasts and time away

  • Innovate and cross collaborate across LOB and accept or create opportunities for continuous improvement efforts across the business.

  • Have a working knowledge of the contracts for your line of business and be able to provide change management expertise in any updates or estimates

  • Displays interpersonal emotional intelligence, motivates staff, mentors regularly and influences positively

  • Familiar and abides by Oracle Policies and Procedures. Understands Oracle Health and Federal Goals and OKRs. Understands Organization’s workstreams, creating and maintain relationships for partnership.

  • Displays a willingness to manage internal goals and initiatives, delegates work as needed for impactful business outcomes

  • Submit on time timesheets and accurate forecast within the targeted variance by due date

  • Create a healthy work environment by maintaining a positive attitude, participating in organizational initiatives, team collaboration and team goals

  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
