Paid Ads Specialist

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas. You’ll help run high-spend ad accounts, optimize campaigns daily, and turn creator content into viral, scalable ads.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok + Meta ad campaigns for apps and consumer brands.
- Manage budgets (from $5K to $100K+ monthly) across multiple accounts.
- Write, test, and iterate ad copy, creative hooks, and targeting strategies.
- Track KPIs like CPA, CTR, ROAS, and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creators, strategists, and clients to scale what works.
- Stay on top of TikTok and Meta platform updates, trends, and best practices.
What Makes You a Fit
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager required).
- Strong analytical skills—you know how to read dashboards, find patterns, and make quick pivots.
- Creative eye for what works in short-form video ads.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive—you thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Based in or near Plano, Texas (this role is in-person).
