User Experience Researcher

Insight Global is hiring a UX Moderator Lead to assist a consumer electronic research study in New York City. You will assist participants in different locations around NYC to install the consumer electronic device, demonstrate it and coach individuals on how to use the electronic device for a large scale data collection effort. You’ll be trained on the “tech” equipment in order to collect data for this “electronics” research study.

Note: This is a short term project that will run from September 29th-October 11th.

Schedule: 3 days of the week, between Monday-Saturday (10-12 hour shifts)

Desired Skills:

• 2+ years of experience within UX Research, experience moderating user studies
• Customer Service Background or Interpersonal Skills
• Local to New York City

Compensation :

$50/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
