Remote Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
- Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
- Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Track individual and team performance against sales goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and participate in ongoing training, role-playing sessions, and team meetings to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
- Mentor, coach, and support newer team members, contributing to team growth while progressing toward greater leadership responsibility.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently managing a flexible schedule.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with a consultative sales approach.
- Previous sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to obtain a Michigan Life and Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
