Schedule/Shift

The RN will work either 36 hours per week on day shift, with options for shifts including:

• Four 10-hour shifts from 7 AM to 5:30 PM
• Five 8-hour days (schedule to be agreed upon during the interview)

The position includes a rotating call schedule with weekend and weekday call that mirrors the general staff’s call rotation. Possible holiday call rotation may also be required if a holiday falls within the RN’s contract.

Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing care in the Operating Room, requiring a strong background in surgical practices and excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures and support the surgical team
• Monitor patient condition pre, peri, and post-operatively
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols during surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years of current/recent Operating Room experience required
• Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho experience recommended
• Proficiency in Epic EMR is a plus
