Must have:

– We seek candidates with experience in critical thinking, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. – Candidates should have experience working in a collaborative team setting. – A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field from an accredited institution is strongly preferred. – Experience in designing within a layered software architecture using Object Oriented (OO) Design and Analysis concepts, along with the application of OO Design Patterns, is essential. – Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred. – We highly desire candidates with development experience in C# and WPF. – Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, BitBucket, and Visual Studio is advantageous.

Responsibilities:


  • I will have you design, develop, integrate, and test software using C#/WPF. – You will define software requirements and actively participate in an Agile scrum team. – The role involves implementing new features and enhancements, as well as investigating and resolving software problem reports and bugs. – You will work under general direction in this position, which is expected to be 100% onsite.

We are currently searching for an F15 Entry Level Software Engineer to join our Special Equipment Group (SEG) based in Berkeley, Missouri. This role will primarily focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business unit. As a part of a proprietary program that is expanding its operations, we are in need of additional software engineers to assist in product development. The products you will work on are utilized by combat personnel in analysis systems and include both algorithmic analysis and data management. Our customers are enhancing product capabilities to accommodate new systems and integrate emerging technologies. The target operating system for our products is Windows, running on PCs, and all development is conducted using .NET C# within a robust object-oriented architecture, utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio for both source code and GUI development. Our team employs a custom C# framework for automated integration testing through UI automation, while qualification testing is manually conducted on the target PC hardware. Developer workstations consist of a development tech PC and another PC for external access.
