Description Overview: Vestis is seeking an Investor Relations analyst to support financial reporting and analysis initiatives related to key communications between the company and its key stakeholders, focused on articulating our financial story and ensuring transparent communication. The Investor Relations analyst will report to the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and its key stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging regarding the company’s financial performance and strategy.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and present financial results and trends to support decision-making. Oversee financial analysis projects working cross-functionally within finance and across Vestis.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations that communicate complex financial concepts and key results.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the development and execution of key initiatives, including earnings calls and interactions with key stakeholders.
  • Website Management: Support the management of the investor relations section of the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible for our external community.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of financial statements and analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, as well as familiarity with investor relations software and tools (e.g., IR websites, CRM systems).

Working Environment/Safety Requirements

  • This role is full-time, in the office.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate finance is required, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

License Requirements/CertificationsCPA and/or CFA preferred.
