AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role ofCustomer Service Attendant Supervisor Founded in 1960AVI Foodsystemshas evolved into one of the most respected and trusted food service companies in the nation Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday Duties & Responsibilities Assists in the training and development of team membersInterviews applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain necessary staffing levelsReviews inventory and waste levels of accounts and makes recommendationsPrepares Inventory Report Card evaluations reviews these with team members and takes necessary disciplinary action monthlyCompletes monthly inventory action plans for team membersGenerate reports for management to ensure profitability at accountsVerifies and signs off on timecardsVisits accounts and meets with account representativesLeads and assists on projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch ManagerLifts carries or otherwise moves objects weighing up to 40 pounds while training and assisting at accountsWalks bends crouches and climbs stairsOperates and maintains company owned vehicle in a safe manner; to be used for the purpose of traveling to branches and accountsPerforms other duties as specified by managementRequirements Inspects accounts weekly to ensure machines are clean filling and operating correctlyRecruits trains and retains team membersDevelop succession plansOperates accounts within labor guidelinesMaintains team member inventory percentages direct labor costs waste percentages inventory levels and consumptionAttend weekly staff meetingsAddresses customer inquiriescomplaints within 24 hoursFollowing all safety requirements at accounts which may include personal protection equipment such as hard hats safety glasses ear protection etcBenefits A family culture and atmosphereCompetitive compensationHealth dental vision and life insurance for full time team members401k with generous company matchPaid vacations and holidaysImmense training and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre employment drug testing EOE
