Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef role within a elevated full-service restaurant

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine

Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with excellent attention to detail

Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach

Passion for hospitality, learning, and growth
