HOUSEKEEPING FULLTIME Department Environmental Services Reports To Environmental Services Laundry Manager Shift First shift Must have flexibility to work other shifts as needed Responsibilities Ensures that the rooms within the facility are cleaned in the proper mannerFollow all established safety procedures and precautions when performing housekeeping servicesCleanpolish furnishings fixtures ledges room heatingcooling units etc in resident rooms recreational areas etc daily as instructedClean wash sanitize andor polish bathroom fixtures Ensure that water marks are removed from fixturesClean windowsmirrors in resident rooms recreational areas bathrooms and entranceexit waysClean walls and ceilings by washing wiping dusting spot cleaning disinfecting deodorizing etcClean floors to include sweeping dusting dampwet mopping etc NOTE Ensure that appropriate cautionsafety signs are properly set up prior to performing such dutiesAssists in other housekeeping duties as neededAssists in the laundry as neededOther duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare environmental services preferredMust be able to positively interact with other staff residents and families TSVH is an Equal Opportunity Employer
