Clinical Data Specialist
Stryker is seeking a Clinical Data Specialist (Remote) based anywhere within the USA. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of clinical data throughout the duration of clinical studies. The specialist will bring expertise in data cleaning, electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
What you will do

Assist with cleaning and reviewing clinical data to ensure accuracy and consistency across study sites.

Support the review of Case Report Forms (CRFs) to confirm alignment with study protocols and data standards.

Help maintain documentation for data management processes, including data review and database lock procedures.

Generate basic data summaries and metrics to support cross-functional teams.

Identify and report data issues such as missing or inconsistent entries, working with teams to resolve them.

Collaborate with clinical staff to support quality data collection and protocol compliance.

Participate in study meetings and contribute to documentation for protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.

Support setup and testing of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, including user access and system updates.
What you need
Required

Bachelor’s degree

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other document management tools.
Preferred
-
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.

Knowledgeable with clinical best practices and regulations (GCP, ICH).

Experience in clinical data management, ideally within medical device trials.

Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as Zelta, Medidata Rave, or Oracle, including data extracts and user acceptance testing.

Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory standards.
69,100.00 to 139,600.00 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
