Job Title: Fighter Aircraft Maintenance Specialist – Hydro Mech Focus (F-15 Preferred)

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL

Duration: 12 Months

Position Overview

The hiring team is seeking a skilled maintenance professional with specialized experience in hydraulic and mechanical systems on fighter aircraft, preferably the F-15. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with Aircraft Performance Group (APG) procedures and hands-on experience across multiple aircraft systems including electrical, engine, fuel, ECS, EGRESS, landing gear, and general vehicle operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on hydraulic and mechanical systems specific to fighter aircraft (F-15 preferred).

  • Apply APG procedures including towing, lifting and jacking, leveling, parking, and mooring.

  • Support maintenance and inspection of aircraft systems including:

  • Electrical Systems (Fire, Ice, Oxygen)

  • Engines (Pratt & Whitney or General Electric)

  • Engine Cooling Systems (ECS)

  • EGRESS (Emergency Global Rescue, Escape, and Survival Systems)

  • Fuel Systems

  • Hydraulic Systems

  • Landing Gear

  • General Vehicle Systems

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and storing technical data and specifications for system support evaluation.

  • Contribute to recommendations for product supportability and define operational maintenance tasks and resource requirements.

  • Support logistics analysis and documentation development for spare parts provisioning, stocking levels, and contract-specific requirements.

  • Participate in preparing technical manuals and documentation for aircraft system operation, testing, and maintenance.

  • Review and support analysis of aircraft and fleet performance, reliability, and availability metrics.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hydraulic/mechanical maintenance on fighter aircraft, with exposure to the systems listed above.
