About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Systems Integrator to join our team supporting high-priority programs aligned with our IT strategy. This role involves collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to develop, track, and visualize data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating interactive dashboards, preparing comprehensive reports, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns. Additionally, the role includes providing secretariat support for governance boards and councils, managing meeting logistics, documenting decisions, and tracking action items. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting national security initiatives, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and technical expertise in data visualization and analysis tools.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • BS degree with 10-12 years of relevant experience, MS degree with 8-10 years, or PhD with 3-5 years in data/business analytics or related technical fields.
  • Proficiency in developing, publishing, and updating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and experience synthesizing multiple datasets for executive-level insights.
  • Demonstrated experience processing and integrating large datasets in an organized, comprehensible manner.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and coordinate technical meetings, including managing logistics and documentation.
  • Experience with project planning, including Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and innovative technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience streamlining processes, automation, and capturing requirements from stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IT lifecycle, project integration, cloud architectures, and IT resiliency concepts.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and document them appropriately in knowledge management repositories.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations to support program monitoring and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present metrics, analytics findings, and trend analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to develop insightful reports and presentations.
  • Perform descriptive and inferential data analysis on complex datasets to identify key insights.
  • Organize large volumes of data into manageable, accessible interfaces for end-users.
  • Communicate findings effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.
  • Provide secretariat support for governance boards and councils, including scheduling meetings, setting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Assist in strategy development, governance processes, and program management activities as needed.
  • Support integration planning and interface with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data and system interoperability.
  • Analyze programmatic and performance metrics to inform decision-making and develop talking points for diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Document requirements and ensure alignment with IT lifecycle and project management methodologies.
  • Support IT resiliency planning, multi-cloud architectures, and overall IT security measures.
