Our fast-paced growing client is seeking a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to help shape accounting processes. Must be located in the greater Seattle area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting processes in compliance with GAAP, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets
  • Assist with month-end close activities and support project accounting
  • Prepare and analyze reports such as ad hoc financial analysis, bank reconciliations, and cash balance forecasts
  • Drive process improvements by documenting, standardizing, and enhancing accounting procedures and efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
  • 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
  • Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CPA designation (preferred)
