++Influencers & Social Media Manager++

  • The RoleIn this role, the Social Media Manager plays a key role in defining, executing, and evolving the social media and influencer marketing strategies that elevate the brand’s presence and drive engagement across key platforms

  • ResponsibilitiesCreate annual social marketing strategies to grow affinity, awareness, engagement and followers

  • Define annual clear goals, along with strategy, content calendar and tactics to meet goals

  • Create monthly content calendar plans, building social grid and aligning with seasonal and holiday moments that are on brand and align with follower interest

  • Develop strategy to acquire new followers

  • Manage social media channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Pinterest

  • Request and obtain creative assets ongoing in partnership with Project Manager and Designer

  • Create caption copy and content to keep followers engaged (including promotions, tips and tricks, partnerships, product changes, non-promotional content such as how products are created, educational content about the brand, testimonials)

  • Maintain brand voice and authenticity across channels, monitoring and replying to comments

  • Schedule content (includes UTM links for posts, scheduling ongoing boosted posts)

  • Influencer relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and key third-party agencies to drive meaningful partnerships and amplify brand storytelling

  • Influencer sourcing & negotiation: Identify and engage with relevant influencers for campaigns, negotiating contracts and deliverables that ensure maximum ROI while maintaining strong influencer relationships

  • Work closely with internal teams (Design, Retail, Digital, and Creative) to ensure seamless integration of social and influencer programs into broader marketing initiatives

  • Campaign Execution & Performance: Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring high-quality content, timely delivery, and alignment with brand goals

  • Continuously optimize for engagement and conversion

  • Pull reporting weekly and monthly, sharing performance to goals and insights (key drivers, wins, opportunities)

  • Keep stakeholders informed through ongoing communication weekly and monthly

  • Ensure tracking in place to measure performance

  • Glean insights from social monitoring tools

  • Monitor comments, replying and providing customer care support as needed

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize social media and influencer marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights

  • Act as social media expert, determining strategy across existing social platforms and evaluating opportunities to expand across new platforms

  • Establish best practices across channels

  • Launch new platforms that align with brand, target audience and new, emerging trends

  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand calendar

  • Schedule posts, set up UTM tracking & create social grids

  • Monitor competitive trends

  • Manage relationships with industry vendors to stay on top of social media best practices

  • Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Stay on top of viral & platform trends, challenges, and content formats to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and adapts quickly to new social media dynamics

  • Skills & CompetenciesExperience managing social media platforms at an agency or in house

  • Comfortable launching new marketing platforms

  • Experience with social media tools (Sprinklr)

  • Keen understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, problem solve and prioritize

  • Ability to up-level and clearly communicate strategies while at the same time able to execute campaigns at the tactical level

  • Detailed analytical skills, understanding success metrics (reach, clicks, engagement, shares, likes, followers)

  • Comfortable pulling reporting via platforms & directing actionable insights to meet goals

  • Critical thinker, leveraging expertise to optimize each marketing channel
