− Updating and managing investor information in databases

− Processing new investor subscriptions including the collection and analysis of contact information and wire instructions

− Preparing investor reporting and other communications

− Responsible for producing and managing metrics for the various teams

− Ad-hoc Investor Communications projects related to data reconciliation efforts ensuring the integrity of all investor information across multiple systems

− Assisting in preparing materials for weekly team meetings and quarterly investor meetings and calls

− Correspond daily with Back Office Teams on day-to-day and ad-hoc activity

Bachelors Degree Required

Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills
