Job Title: Clinical Program Manager Location: New Brunswick, NJ (100% Onsite) Type: Fulltime

  • Delivery experience of large programs having multiple projects
  • Can make Relationship and win customer trust
  • Functional knowledge of various global drug development clinical testing business. Should be able to guide POs
  • Able to map business needs to solutions in global drug development
  • Have technical background. Worked as Tech Architect
  • Comfortable in leading technical architecture and design discussions with client in Full Stack MEAN, GenAI, AIML, Data Lake, enterprise integrations etc.
  • Comfortable in leading technical architecture and design discussions with client for application deployments in AWS
  • Experience in GxP processes and activities
  • Comfortable to work with multi time zone and multi culture team, quick learner
  • Expert in Program / Project planning in Waterfall, iterative and Agile
  • Expert in PM and BA tools like Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, MPP, GxP process for software releases
  • Experience of application support and TOM, ITIL
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Expert in estimation, scheduling, solutioning and proposal creation
