We are seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to analyze business processes and design IT solutions that align with customer needs and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with Programmer/Analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and policies. The analyst will apply advanced analytical skills to assess compliance, identify risks, and implement remediation plans.

Job Title: Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory and document the full scope of cybersecurity compliance obligations.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify in-scope regulatory requirements.
  • Map requirements to regulatory entities, scope, and due dates.
  • Align existing controls to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct cybersecurity compliance assessments and controls testing.
  • Perform risk analysis and develop remediation plans.
  • Prepare compliance reports and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Support the transition to a new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or IT compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are preferred but not required.
