Job Description

Lead strategic technology initiatives for financial systems while driving innovation and operational excellence through effective team leadership and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

Title: Sr. Project Manager

Location: Chicago

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Drive technology strategy aligned with organizational goals

  • Lead implementation of financial technology solutions

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for system modernization

  • Oversee disaster recovery and security protocols

Financial Systems Management:

  • Direct EPM and Oracle SaaS implementations

  • Ensure system integration and data integrity

  • Lead financial application modernization initiatives

  • Optimize system performance and reliability

Team & Project Leadership:

  • Build and mentor high-performing technical teams

  • Manage project portfolios and resource allocation

  • Establish technical standards and best practices

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Budget & Operations:

  • Develop and manage departmental budgets

  • Optimize operational costs and efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics

++Qualifications++

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

  • 8 years of IT experience with focus on financial systems

  • Proven experience with EPM/Oracle SaaS implementations

  • PMP Certification

  • Strong track record in technology leadership

  • Excellence in stakeholder management
