• Lead and manage complex financial projects from initiation to completion

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

• Manage Project RAID, identify risks, and build mitigation plans

• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership

• Oversee the implementation of financial systems and processes

• Manage project portfolios and resource allocation

• Handle stakeholder management and communication

• Manage budgets and control costs

• Provide team leadership and encourage collaboration

• Adapt and manage change effectively

++Qualifications++

• Experience in managing projects in finance or related areas

• Strong understanding of systems

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

• PMP Certification

• Expertise in preparing leadership and stakeholder updates using MS PowerPoint

• Intermediate to expert experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project/document management tools
