Project Description:Two Separate Projects under the same Engagement.

  1. AFR – Support the Department of Defense (DoD) with AFR Modernization efforts via the implementation of OneStream.
  2. Support the Office of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (ODCFO) with migration and configuration of the Department of the Air Force s ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) eGRC solution to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (OUSD) ServiceNow to create a Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) tool.

Required Skills:

Required 12 years general experience + Masters degree in field related to tasking OR Required 16 years general experience + Bachelors degree in field related to tasking

Demonstrated hands on experience with OneStream itself IS REQUIRED for both roles.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  1. Future State Design
  2. Financial Cube
  3. Financial Statements
  4. Notes Alignment
  5. Consolidate Directorate/Office Submissions
  6. Build OneStream application. Develop methods to ingest source data into OneStream”

Expected Deliverables:

  1. Implement a technical solution design

  2. Develop an implementation and deployment roadmap

  3. Automate the financial consolidation process that is currently done manually in large Excel workbooks

  4. Build import workflows to ingest the final documents

  5. Create chart of accounts and extend across the department for additional data elements within the data model

  6. Configure workflows to align notes to financial statements, note labelling, note narrative text, and detailed statements

  7. Configure the Narrative Reporting solution in OneStream to allow for automated production and integration of formatted financial statements into the AFR book document
