Job Title: Client Partner

Location: Remote

  • Someone with ERP Cloud experience and ERP transformations, managed services would suit well.
  • The candidate could also be ++Infra-oriented++and must be very good at it and should ve run large managed services, ITSM, continuous service improvements.

Key Responsibilities for this role

  1. Client Partnership & Account Growth
  • Act as the face of Birlasoft to the client, managing executive relationships and strategic priorities.
  • Interface across client leadership, internal delivery, and horizontal practices to ensure end-to-end ownership
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, transformation, and innovation
  • Build trusted advisor status with the client CIO and senior IT leadership
  1. Delivery & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery across applications, infrastructure, and support services
  • Ensure high-quality execution, adherence to SLAs, and proactive risk and issue management
  • Lead structured governance and continuous improvement across service lines
  • Drive SOP compliance, automation, and accountability across all functions
  1. Strategic IT Advisory
  • Support the client CIO in key IT decisions, acting as a strategic sounding board
  • Guide the successful execution of the JDE to Oracle Fusion migration, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value
  • Align IT programs to evolving business needs and digital strategy
  1. Infrastructure & Cloud Oversight
  • Provide oversight across network management, data center operations, desktop as a service, and cloud ecosystems
  • Ensure global infrastructure is stable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective
  • Lead initiatives for cloud optimization and hybrid IT enablement
  1. Managed Services & AIOps Integration
  • Own governance and evolution of managed services contracts and outsourcing models
  • Introduce AI-driven monitoring, AIOps, and proactive automation to enhance IT support and resiliency
  • Enable data-driven decision-making and measurable performance improvement

Must-Have Qualifications

  • A senior leader from a reputed IT organization, with strong experience in IT strategy, delivery, and client engagement
  • Proven success in managing large, complex strategic programs across applications and infrastructure
  • Strong foundation in Oracle ERP (especially Oracle Fusion) and experience in ERP transformation programs
  • Familiarity with JDE environments and large-scale migration initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, data center ops, end-user services, and cloud platforms
  • Expertise in outsourcing governance, MSA/SLA management, and enhancing service delivery through AIOps

Leadership Attributes

  • Background as a CIO, CTO, or senior IT executive highly desirable
  • High emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to lead in complex, politically nuanced environments
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strategic mindset combined with execution rigor and operational discipline
