Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Contract: W2 ONLY

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects. This role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Partner with business and technical teams to drive execution and resolve issues.

• Provide clear communication and reporting to executives and stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in a senior role.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
