Job Description:
We are seeking a high-impact Client Partner / Strategic Account Leader to manage one of our most critical global accounts. This leadership role requires a seasoned IT professional with deep expertise in ERP transformations, managed services, infrastructure operations, and IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary client interface, building strong executive relationships and driving account growth.

Oversee delivery excellence across applications, infrastructure, and managed services.

Guide ERP transformation initiatives, including migration from JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion.

Provide strategic IT advisory to client leadership, aligning IT programs with business needs.

Lead governance, SLA management, automation, and continuous service improvements.

Oversee cloud, infrastructure, and AIOps-driven service delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications:

15+ years in IT leadership, client engagement, and delivery management.

Strong background in Oracle ERP (Fusion) and ERP transformation programs.

Proven success in large-scale IT programs (applications + infrastructure).

Experience with managed services, outsourcing models, ITSM, and AIOps.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory skills.
Preferred: Background as CIO/CTO or senior IT executive.
