Job Description:

We are seeking a high-impact Client Partner / Strategic Account Leader to manage one of our most critical global accounts. This leadership role requires a seasoned IT professional with deep expertise in ERP transformations, managed services, infrastructure operations, and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary client interface, building strong executive relationships and driving account growth.

  • Oversee delivery excellence across applications, infrastructure, and managed services.

  • Guide ERP transformation initiatives, including migration from JD Edwards to Oracle Fusion.

  • Provide strategic IT advisory to client leadership, aligning IT programs with business needs.

  • Lead governance, SLA management, automation, and continuous service improvements.

  • Oversee cloud, infrastructure, and AIOps-driven service delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in IT leadership, client engagement, and delivery management.

  • Strong background in Oracle ERP (Fusion) and ERP transformation programs.

  • Proven success in large-scale IT programs (applications + infrastructure).

  • Experience with managed services, outsourcing models, ITSM, and AIOps.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory skills.

Preferred: Background as CIO/CTO or senior IT executive.
