Job Description:

• Technical Leadership: Deep experience in ClaimCenter implementation, configuration, and customization. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud.
• Architecture & Design: Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Development & Configuration: Engage in hands-on development, configuration, and customization of Guidewire ClaimCenter applications on Cloud
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and other systems.
• Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and align technical solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio, Java, and XML for configuration and integration development.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC, including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
